Orders can be placed a few days in advance of your check-in date and all of your selections will be neatly organized in your refrigerator and pantry prior to your arrival.  Many of your favorite brand names are available as well as local and value brands offered to fit any taste and budget.

We are constantly adding new products and updating our inventory.  We will also have special offers and sale items available as often as possible.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Click on any category under Shop the Aisles or select a featured item to begin shopping.

You may also click Register to create an online account with us.  Just complete the form with the required information and create a username and password.  You may also complete the registration (required) process during checkout. 

Click any item(s) you wish to purchase, update the quantity, select Add to Cart and you will see your shopping cart update automatically with the items, quantities, and subtotal cost.

You may click View Cart & Checkout at any time to review the items in your shopping cart.  Just click Continue Shopping to return to the aisles. 

When you've finished shopping, click Checkout to complete the registration process and enter your billing information (if necessary).  VERY IMPORTANT: Please select your timeshare resort or vaction rental location for delivery and provide your check-in date during checkout.  Please also provide your reservation name and # for confirmation.

Already here?  You will provide your Villa # during checkout as well.

Click Continue and you will be directed to our secure PayPal site to complete your purchase.  $19.95 for Delivery and Stocking will also be added to your order.  You do not need a PayPal account and all major credit cards are accepted.  A payment to Occunzzi Enterprises, LLC will appear in PayPal and on your credit card statement.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order number and an email confirming your order as well.

Is there a minimum order requirement? 

There is no minimum purchase required.

How do I pay for my groceries?

Timesharegroceries.com currently only accepts payment via PayPal.  A PayPal account is not required.  All major credit cards are accepted.  A payment to Ockunzzi Enterprises, LLC will appear in PayPal and on your credit card statement.

What if I have already checked into my timeshare or vacation rental?

Timesharegroceries.com provides next day delivery for all orders placed by 8:00pm (US pacific time).  Once your order is confirmed we will stock your refrigerator and pantry by 12:00pm the following day.  You do not need to be present at time of delivery.  By providing your Villa # during checkout, you authorize Timesharegroceries.com to complete delivery.  

Where do my groceries come from and how are they delivered?  

Timesharegroceries.com selects all of our products from local grocery suppliers.  Products are placed in climate-controlled trucks and delivered to your resort villa or vacation rental on your check-in date prior to your arrival.

What if a product I ordered is unavailable for delivery?

Timesharegroceries.com makes every effort to completely fill your order.  If a product is unavailable we will provide an alternate item of equal or greater value.  If a substitute item is not available we will refund the amount of the product price and your bill will be credited.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Timesharegroceries.com requires a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to check-in (4:00pm) to cancel an order and refund payment.
